Wow, this place sucka. Patrol is a joke with senile old men, CCRs not enforced unless you are a whiney loudmouth or on the board. Landscape committee. Cost us thousands cuz oh oops, they were uninformed. Expect a snipey, snoopy cesspool for neighbors. Everyone out for themselves. We will be losing a bundle moving after two years, but it will be worth it.
